We aspire to broaden citizens' horizons, especially youth and youth workers, by fostering responsibility, and encouraging active engagement and up-to-date information. We also strive to inspire the next generation of leaders to effect positive societal changes across all domains. We aim to support individuals from disadvantaged and marginalized backgrounds and to promote gender equality.

The mission of IESA is to bring together up-to-date innovative education and training methods and the opportunities offered by science and art with students, teachers and families who are the stakeholders of education. The KA2 Strategic partnerships, SCH, ADU and YOU projects planned to be realized in this context are seen as an opportunity to transfer good practices in different EU countries, to observe the current education methods of different education systems in different countries, and to develop the awareness of our students and teachers to be EU citizens.
